make inchi strings avaialble through propOB #5

InChI strings are now available in linux and mac builds. The windows build does not work because it is compiled against a static version of openbabel and the plugins get excluded because they are not directly referenced. Supposedly, a fix exists for this, but it will take some time to get it to work.

making another ticket for windows implementation, as it is less important.
