I think the getIDs command is timing out.

`> compounds <- getIds(c(111,123)) Error: INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

compounds Error: object 'compounds' not found `

Should be fixed soon. Also the latest ChemmineR will load directly from PubChem which should make it more robust and probably faster.
