Hi!

Thanks for this very useful package! If I would like to do FEA with customised gene sets, how can I do so?

Hi,

I am sorry that currently the customized reference gene sets are not supported for FEA methods. I will add this feature later after discussing it with my PI and notify you when it is added. Thanks for bringing it up!
