Create a living styleguide

Description Let's create a living styleguide for the GDI site. This will keep styles consistent in the long-run and will keep our code lean by eliminating redundancy.

• [ ] Refactor Sass into component-based partials according to atomic design and OOCSS guidelines #382
• [ ] Implement KSS
• [ ] Publish styleguide as a module on NPM as a module. Open source FTW.
