Change name of New Jersey chapter #493

The name of the New Jersey chapter is changing from South Jersey to Camden. Please update the chapters page. There is going to be a new leader and will ask her to fill out the form to be administrator, but please remove current leaders on the page in advance of her taking over. Currently there are no leaders in So. Jersey.

The name on the Meetup site has been changed from South Jersey to Camden, please verify that API feed is ok.

@GretchenLynd Will their email address change as well? Right now we have them as southjersey@girldevelopit.com

The new admin can update the email address if she needs to.

Thanks Sylvia - I changed the name of the email address as well, but Katharine can update that. Appreciate the quick turnaround.
