Hello, I currently have data with two types of samples. I need to run group mode on the CIBERSORTx official website for these two types of files. After dividing them into two files, one file can run group mode and the other file cannot run group mode. I have been reporting errors all the time, but the extraction process is the same. I have checked the file format, column name, line name, and so on.

Hello, I tried again. If I don't select option 6, I can run the group mode of CIBERSORTx, but if I select 'Enable batch correction', an error will be reported. But my bulk data comes from TCGA, and my signature comes from GEO and other datasets. In this case, it should be necessary to batch it. I would like everyone to give me some guidance, thank you.
