Create contact us and Feedback page #82

In website there is no contact us page and there should be feedback page i want to work on this issue under GSSoC'21

@kumarishalini6 As of now, Contact us, Feedback page, etc page design is not fixed. We will work on that after that you can work on it:)

If you have any design please tell me because I am little bit confused I was thinking to make and check is it suitable for the website or not
