Description

This pull request addresses issue #236 of an unintended bubble appearing when hovering over the leaderboard link in the Navbar.

Testing

Verified that hovering over the leaderboard link no longer produces the unintended bubble.
Checked all other links to ensure hover behavior remains consistent and as expected.
Additional Notes
- These changes improve the overall user interface consistency and user experience.
