Currently, the Girlscript Summer of Code (GSSOC) website contains lengthy pages such as "About GSSOC," "Team," "Services," "Sponsors," "Projects," "Blogs," and "Leaderboard."
Navigating through these extensive pages can be cumbersome for users, especially when they lose track of their position within the page content. (Personally I have face that issue, which is sometimes little frustrating)
I would like to Implement a scroll progress bar feature across the GSSOC website to enhance user experience and navigationefficiency.
This feature would visually indicate users' progress as they scroll through the page, providing a clear visual cue of their current location within the content.
This feature addition aims to improve user satisfaction, usability and engagement by providing clear, intuitive navigation.

Example Use Case:
For example, consider a scenario where a user visits the "Projects" page on the GSSOC website. As the user scrolls through the extensive list of projects, they see a subtle progress bar at the top of the page, dynamically filling up to reflect their position on the page.
The user will find it easier to navigate through projects, quickly identifying their current position and how much content remains.
