UI IMPROVEMENT: FAQs Page

The UI of the FAQs page is very common, generic. We can improve it with better CSS properties. Kindly assign me this issue, so that I can work on this and contribute on this project. N.B: I myself, am a GSSOC'24 contributor

Border 1 looks kinda cool. Whichever @sanjay-kv approves, go for it.

But make sure it's responsive. (We did not make it responsive due to lack of time) And yep, use Tailwind classes/prefixes/modifiers only (for consistency)

Suggestion: The dark mode theme color contrast can be improved. as we have a lot of FAQ on screen that might create UI experience issue. you can start working on it, I assigned the task to you. meanwhile we can discuss dark mode colors. ( Its the problem with yellow and pitch dark )

I was thinking of a darker grey with aqua white for the dark theme. let me know if that sounds good.
