Description

Check if characters of a given string can be rearranged to form a palindrome

Note

@goelesha where do i have to add my file inside dsa branch? it has got only 2 folders so inside which folder?

@aishapervin Inside the DSA folder you can create a folder with the name 2.1 Strings and insert the file inside that.
