I want to contribute to this issue : Create a Placeholder RoadMap file for FrontEnd. Name-Arya Gupta Domain-Frontend with HTML CSS Batch-16 Serial No-3172 Issue Number-52 Contribution Approaches- Describe why it is necessary to learn and work using basics of frontend before diving into frameworks and a step-by-step approach.
