@singhmansi25 @Ruchika-20, process is wrong. You can create issue only if its approved that was when I was into limited access due to laptop issue. But it resumed back to normal. Since @singhmansi25 has raised issue then it's considered. But now it's back to normal, issues would be created by mentors and supervisor, you have to express interest and get it assigned. If you would like to work on any issue, you need to provide details in channel. If it's approved, you will be reverted back with a link to claim your issue within 6-8 hours of assigning. This is the process.
