"Hello World" using Express.js server #740

Description: I will be writing a "Hello World" code using express.js server in the "winter-of-contributing/Web_Development/MERN/Topic/Frontend/ " branch.

This issue will help readers in acquiring the basic knowledge to learn about getting started with Express syntax. This is a sort of Tutorial on ExpressJS and how it's applied using Node. I will contribute through code and image.

I am a GWOC'21 contributor from Batch 3, MERN. Please assign this issue to me. I assure you that this issue's title will be the same as my PR's title as well as I will be Contributing under the Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
