Introduction to Figma Part 2 - Frames and Shapes #90

In this we need a video tutorial showing the us of the most basic and the most useful tools in Figma: frames, shapes, and text.

Note : Folder Structure should be UI_UX/Introduction_to_Figma/Part_2 & changes should be made to UI_UX branch. Issue only for GWOC'21 contributors. Issue will be assigned on a first come first serve basis, 1 Issue == 1 PR. In the PR, keep this issue's title as your PR's title. Must Follow : Contributing Guidelines & Code of Conduct before start Contributing

Hello, can i contribute a video on this? and how much can be the length of the video? I have prepared a basic outline of the things i will explain in the video:

Frames - how to create, types(templates) Frame attributes:

Related:

Shapes - how to create, types Shape attributes:

Slice tool - quick exports Basic idea about layers

  • W, h
  • angle, corner curve
  • edge count
  • color, opacity

Related:

  • Hold shift to draw regular shapes/frames
  • Shapes/frames' proportion can be locked

  • shadows, color, opacity

Slice tool - quick exports Basic idea about layers

Awesome !! dont make it two long I think <=10-15 mins will be good
