This should be:

填在表格上应该如何填写呢？
手机号码应该如何填写呢？？
00就不必写了，写+就好了，不同的国家国际接入的号不太一样的，不一定都是00
城市区号前不加零！

0086-10-12345678
+86-10-12345678
86-10-12345678
以上3种都可以，
00或+是国际电话的标准格式。
如果你写第3种了，也没事，老外知道国际电话前有+或00的

Yes, this will be a new method in ebdb-chn, but I haven't gotten around to writing it yet :)

Depending on how you originally entered them, some number might now be formatted incorrectly. But editing the numbers or adding new ones should parse them correctly now.
