This is something that annoys me every time I use it, as well. I'm assuming you'd prefer to be returned all the way to the gnus window setup, and not stay in the org buffer?

That would be the best. Having only the article buffer or the summary maximized would also work.
This is harder than I thought. I think I'll just create a separate function that can return you from wherever gnorb brought you. That way you can use it after sending message from todos, and after triggering gnus message, and after viewing messages associated with an org heading...
