bye bye dockerhub #94

I just removed our latest image from Dockerhub so people aren't confused when it's far outdated in the near future.

The README is already updated, the gist: Docker decided to remove support for hosting images for orgs. They started a "OSS program" but I don't trust those things (anyone remember travis ci?), and prefer a clean break.

Find up-to-date images on Github: https://github.com/gis-ops/docker-valhalla/pkgs/container/docker-valhalla%2Fvalhalla. Older tagged images will continue to live on Dockerhub, I won't port them. After a certain grace period I'll remove our entire footprint on Dockerhub though, sometime towards the end of 2023.
