Indicate use of ferry/tolls/etc issue solved #108

👨‍💻 Changes proposed

Since there is no indication of Toll and Ferry .

  1. I added Toll and Ferry indications in Maneuvers using dollar(pointing Toll) and ship(pointing Fery) icons.
  2. I added Toll, Ferry, and Highway pointing to toll, ferry, and highway presence in the route summary.
