Init configuration of metrics table

• [x] Add a new widget type : "metricstable"

  

• [x] When we click on it, a new modal is displayed with 2 tabs : data + render

  

• For data tab

  • [x] Insert a schema (todo !) that explains what is the metric table
  • [x] to be collapsed after creating the first sub-table
  • [x] Add a button to add a sub-table and a description of this button
  • On click of "add sub-table"
    • [x] Choose collection
    • [x] Choose term field
    • [x] Build columns for the previous collection-termfield couple as following

  • After validation
    • [x] Resume the created sub-table
    • [x] collapse the schema added previously

• [x] Use color service as slider
• [ ] ~Manage colors~
• [x] Normalise by column/Normalise gloablly as toggle buttons
• [x] 'Enable include/exclude' as slider
