Description of the current behavior

Currently, there is one implementation of the arlas-map in arlas-web-component based on mapboxgl v1.13

Description of the desired behavior

We would like to propose with ARLAS another implementation of the arlas-amp component using MapLibre For that

Both implementation should be available. Choosing one or another should be done by configuration of ARLAS-wui

Pointers

I already attempted to migrate to maplibre in arlas-web-component in this branch
This migration does not take into consideration the desire of having two implementations ==> it's a poc
in ARLAS-wui i migrated the mapbox to maplibre code in this branch
Same here the double implementation was ignoed

@MAudelGisaia finally we will switch directly to Maplibre. No need to have a double implementation mapbox/maplibre
