Map tilt cannot be reset #808

Description of the bug

When the card is tilted, there is no way to return it to its initial state

What was the error message shown?

Steps to reproduce

Keep left and right button of the mouse clicked over the map
Move
release the buttons
Click on "reset bearing to north" button
The map tilt is not reset

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.
