[Migration demo] Bookmarks don't use persistence when logged in #815

Description of the bug

In demo prod v23.1.0, persitence is used to crud bookmarks when logged in, localstorage when not authenticated

In demo staging v25.0.0; persistence is not used at all, authenticated or not

What was the error message shown?

None

Steps to reproduce

Create a bookmark being authenticated
Observe thzt the bookmark is stored in localstorage

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.
