Paginator of bookmarks list doesn't show the right lenght of the table #819

Description of the bug

Here I have only 2 bookmarks displayed but we see that in total there are 6.

What was the error message shown?

Steps to reproduce

Create bookmarks in different dashboards (with different collections)
Choose any dashboard now and display the list of bookmarks
Observe the incoherence between the paginator length and the first page number of elements.

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.

We limit at 100 bookmarks by user ? We fetch all the bookmarks with one call and we paginate on the front side. If a user create the 101th bookmark. This action should be allowed
