Dashboards that don't have tabs attribute are not displayed on arlas-wui

What was the error message shown?

Steps to reproduce

View an old dashboard (created at v23) that has one tab : This one

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.
