Description of the bug

The drag and drop of layers within a group doesn't work anymore in arlas wui

Exemple: cloud.arlas.io/arlas/wui

NB: The drag and drop of groups between them works

What was the error message shown?

No error message

Steps to reproduce

Open the dashboard Transactions immobilière
zoom to have multiple layers in the group
try to drag and drop layers

If the issue was noticed in the demo workspace, please specify the collection and the field. Otherwise, please link the 2 ARLAS config files.
