Use a spatial filter for the GDELT events query #8

As a geospatial analyst I need to filter the returned events by using a spatial criteria. So that, I can easily navigate using the map and can query only those events in the area of interests. For instance the bounding box of the current view extent is used as the spatial filter.

Works when you do not try to search distances beyond 200km.
