rename .grassdata to grassdata #491

I suggest to rename .grassdata to grassdata. The main reason is that hidden directories are not visible in QGIS browser. The hidden GRASS data directory complicates usage of GRASS plugin.

Or

~/Projects/grassdata

instead of 

~/grassdata

?

For me it doesn't fit well neither in "~/grassdata" or "~/Projects/grassdata" . I really don't know now.

~/Data/grassdata

Directory Data would more generic, suggested to store user data on one place.

This issue should be solved, otherwise grassdata directory remains hidden and not accessible by QGIS GRASS plugin.
