Plugin page styles #29

Styles plugin page buttons to fit and adjusts row item layout. Removes unneeded wrapper elements within buttons.

Noticed I'd overwritten the mobile styles, so this fixes that.

Also, I added placeholder='search' to the plugins input text field for clarity, since the bootstrap styles don't clearly differentiate the input.
