Vaultwarden 1.27 #40

Upgrade chart to Vaultwarden v1.27. Chart major version change as SMTP settings are not backwards compatible (see README for details). Thanks @lord-kyron for the initial code to handle SMTP upgrades (#36).

Note that this PR also deprecates the bitwardenrs chart, users are encouraged to migrate to the vaultwarden chart instead.
