quick way to access carier, wyfi and battery

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Touch above the notification when talkback is running.  You will hear all of 
your notifications and then carier, wyfi, blue tooth and battery status in one 
shot.
2. Pull down the quick panel and explore or swipe, the carier, wyfi and battery 
status is broken down properly.
3.   Lock your screen and unlock the device but not the screen.  You will here 
how talkback has broken down carier status, wyfi and battery.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Touch the top of your device, to the left hand side just above the notification 
panel, I want to hear as you run your finger from left to right battery status, 
wyfi status, and carier status.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
lollipop 5.1  Device nexus6

Please provide any additional information below.
At this time there is no real way to gather battery status, carier status, blue 
tooth status and wyfi status with out entering the notification tray or locking 
your screen.  Yes quick panel is an option but again its not suggested way to 
use when gathering information on the fly.
