[Talkback]Dim screen when TalkBack is enabled not cancled. #473

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Precondition : Fota Upgrade after Talkback 4.1.0 -> 4.2.0

1. Talkback > Settings > Dim screen when TalkBack is enabled check > Volume up 
and down buttons three times quickly. > not cancle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dim screen when TalkBack is enabled cancled.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
LG H815 / Android 5.1.1 / LMY47D

Please provide any additional information below.

It is found in the log. Normally keystrokes became.
But it did not cancel.
Only after Fota update
