What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome on new PC or Fresh Install
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect chrome toolbox to be linked to my account and instead I have to
install it manually when syncing an account to new chrome installation.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Versions Win7 Ulti x64
Please provide any additional information below.
Pretty straight-forward, happens every time I sync a new installation of
chrome, I have to manually add chrome toolbox from webstore
