What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. check the When pressing enter in address bar with a URL in it, open the URL 
in a new tab
2. type anything into address bar
3. it open in current tab !!!!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
open in new tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Win 7, Version 30.0.1599.69 m

Please provide any additional information below.
