Causes YouTube to Freeze mid-way through video playback #217

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any time Chrome Toolbox is enabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect YouTube to work, but mid-way through playback it stops and there is no 
way to get it to start playing again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) 1.0.32 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
When I disable the Chrome Toolbox extension, YouTube videos work just fine and 
start freezing again once the extension is enabled.
