I am Arvin Tate N. Yu, a researcher, along with my research mates, Johari Villegas and Joseph Acebedo, and we are currently studying the ISDB-T blocks in GRC as you may have known already. I was wondering what this would mean in the GRC when it says "OFDM_SYM_ACQ: peak under/over average! peak -0.593456, avg_max -0.516851, avg_min -0.160328"
