I understand that you're frustrated, but I guarantee you that asking in a nicer way will get you much farther than asking like this.
As it stands, I cannot reproduce the error. I'm on Windows 11, which may have something to do with it. But if this was a general problem on Windows 10, we would probably have received more bug reports about this.
The Git for Windows installer is built using InnoSetup. If the InnoSetup installer itself shows the same error, I would expect the culprit to lie with that project. If it does not, we need substantially more thorough information to be able to help.

Who is responsible for assembly? Why such an error? Why are users forced to face this, is it intentional? I know that I can unpack the 7z version and write the paths, but what the hell? Can someone explain?
