Let's wait with this, there isn't even an announcement mail. The release notes also don't indicate anything critical, and there is no corresponding v2.4.6. Besides, it's a .0 version, and I always like to wait before integrating those, in case there are some major changes that also happened to introduce regressions (the "Varous [sic!] fixes to improve robustness on 64 bit Windows." strikes me as a candidate for this often-seen scenario).
