Using macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina) the application is closed after selecting a button from the first menu.

The following actions doesn't have any effect:

sudo xcode-select --reset /usr/bin/xcode-select -p # ==> /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer

These are the logs in my home-directory godot-logs.zip

Hmm, the logs say

git: error: unable to locate xcodebuild, please make sure the path to the Xcode folder is set correctly!
git: error: You can set the path to the Xcode folder using /usr/bin/xcode-select -switch

I assume you also can't run git in another terminal? This StackOverflow post might have some ideas – let us know what worked for you!

Hello Blinky,

This command solves the problem (after reinstall Xcode): sudo xcode-select -switch /Library/Developer/CommandLineTools

Thank you for the hints.
