only fullscreen #116

The game opens in fullscreen mode without any option to change this. So it is not possible to move the game to another monitor.

Game decided to go on the leftmost of my monitors, least desirable for any game, and blacked out the other 3. With no option to change that, my whole game"play" lasted less than 10 seconds. Windowed mode is the absolute least of options required.
