Support for additional background fills besides just a solid color. Specifically:

Considerations:

A custom color picker will need to be created
Image backgrounds will disable and/or override Pixel Shape, Pixel Color, Eye Color, Pupil Color, and Overlay Image
These options are only available for the background color
