I would be so nice if you could provide support for estimating hours for pre-existing repos

The git-hours repo gives the algorithm for a best-guess approach https://github.com/kimmobrunfeldt/git-hours

I have no idea if you can add commit notes after the fact - so maybe this will not work...

thanks for GTM -- I wish I had started using last year (now that my boss wants to know my time :)
