[FEATURE REQUEST] prepare-commit-msg hook #863

Hi there!

Is it possible to implement a prepare-commit-msg hook work? It's a very necessary thing.

I think it would be a question of when to run such a thing, as we don't call git commit the same way the CLI would. In theory we could have a button that would trigger the script though.
