Git init #2

Please add support for git init. On the iPad it’s not easy to start with a brand new repository without this missing feature.

Please also make sure it's possible to select a custom location. In my particular case I need the repository to live inside the iCloud Drive's folder for Swift Playgrounds instead of the Documents/GitViewer folder.
