Display the notes of a milestone or session on mouse-over

Description

As a teacher I want to be able to display the notes of a milestone or a session by hovering the mouse over it So that I can see them quickly without having to open the editing window

Hints

• It will be necessary to be able to add a label to a session and display it at the top of the session
• To display the label of a session, we have to see if it's possible to use a milestone with a transparent line
• For the milestones, before the notes, it will show the TP group, and the questions of the milestone
