Modify the README template #121

Description

Having a placeholder for the name in the README template is a problem because if a teacher doesn't remove it before creating the assignment on Github classroom, all the repositories' README will have this name by default and if the students forget to update it, this name will be chosen instead of the name of the repository.

Hints

Just remove the placeholder.

Not as important if we put in place the IDENTITY file reading.
