Add access to an organization after first connection #80

Description

As a user I want to add access rights to an organization in which I am owner So that I can access its repositories from the application

Hints

The interface will display a list of organizations in which the logged-in user is owner. Next to each organization, a Review access button will lead to the Github page to configure its access rights.
