Description

According to user feedback, 2 corrections need to be made :

Metadata: remove feedback on not required fields, add an asterisk for required fields
Repositories: Changing icons to database icons

Hints

For the icons, we will use this one from fontawesome : <i class="fas fa-database"></i>
