Feat social bot #82

Hare Krishna

So our basic social bot is complete, I tried a lot and spent around 10-12 hours over two weeks but could not create video posts some reasons were

instagram library we're using is 3rd party and does not have video support (building our own will take time)
Twitter api was too strict with video formats and could not convert to appropriate encodings to post on twitter

Changes and additions:

[x] Added a modified version of Instabot.py (adapted to utf-8)
[x] created a social bot.py holding all necessary stuff
[x] exposed an endpoint for cron-jobs.org cron job to trigger and post daily verses
[x] instagram posts go as image and text+ translations in caption
[x] Twitter goes as tweet + thread for translations
[x] ingored MyIgBot from flake8 as it is 3rdParty and had many misperfections

[x] Additions in .env

## Further imporvements:

- [ ] Better Image and multiple image support
- [ ] Writing utf-8 on images
- [ ] adding transliterations to caption and twitter threads
- [ ] making Discord Broadcasts that users can add to their servers
- [ ] Slack Webhook same as discord
- [ ] Email broadcasters to all who subscribe to our daily verse
- [ ] any bugs/Improvements that come around
