For a fair comparison with the methods in existing papers (in ACL'21), add a more detailed evaluation script here.

It evaluates:

• char-level PRF and Acc
• sent-level PRF and Acc
• A more strict mode for evaluation as FASPell does
• TP, FP, FN counts for each level
